Corporate Summary

Corporate Summary

Petrol Oil and Gas, Inc.’s primary business is the development and production of oil, gas, and Coal Bed Methane (CBM) in Eastern Kansas and Western Missouri.

During the past two years Petrol leased approximately 175,000 acres in eastern Kansas and western Missouri. The Company has moved from being a development company to a funded producer in late 2004, and has the financing in place to continue its aggressive drilling program to augment the significant production it has recently purchased.

Petrol began a 25-well drilling program at its Coal Creek Project in Coffey County, Kansas in the fourth quarter of 2004. The wells will target the multiple Cherokee coal seams, whose shallow depths result in low drilling and production costs. Pilot wells drilled on the property to date have shown excellent gas potentials, and are currently undergoing dewatering operations prior to being placed into production.

In addition, the Company recently acquired 10,000 acres with 71 producing CBM wells in the Thayer Gas Field in Southeast Kansas. This latest acquisition, called the Petrol-Neodesha, currently produces about 3,000 Mcf per day, which is expected to equate to Gross Revenues for Petrol of approximately $9.6 Million during 2005, based on current prices. The Petrol-Neodesha has the potential for another 100 drillable sites, and the Company plans to utilize cash flow generated from this project to fund a sustained drilling program in 2005, as well as to initiate production enhancements on the current wells.

The acquisition dramatically changes the prospects for Petrol Oil & Gas.
